DS - 1000RGB ShowNet Blue Ray Error was created by Penax

The blue beam lights up when the laser is switched on.
Disappears in audio mode. ShoIt is not visible when switched off from Audio mode and switched on. But in ShowEditor it is sometimes visible even during animation.
Latest Firmware installed. Where is the problem?

I sent the laser for repair. The repair was done quickly. I had the laser back in two days. Laserworld is a very serious company.
