Clunky hardware connection

Why do you use a network connection instead of usb? I have spent the last 3 days trying to connect my ShowNet interface to my windows 10 64bit laptop.

I don't like having to disable my computers security to connect hardware and switch of my wifi connection and change from automatic ip to static...etc.

I've followed your quick Start guide
I've followed your ShowNet manual
I've followed your YouTube video instructions
I've followed you forum guides too
Nothing seems to work!

Just seems poorly thought out.

I'm at the end of my tether and considering sending my unit back for a refund. I can't honestly recommend your current product. In this day and age it should be plug and play for the less computer savvy amongst us.

If you can persuade me otherwise and offer some clear help I might be persuaded to keep the unit.
