Problems while playing a lasershow

Hey,
unfortunately I can't play laser shows. During playing a show not all figures are visible. The laser is switched on in the first couple of seconds of the show but doesn't display anything. If I click a figure manually it is shown. Why is it not possible to handle this automatically?
I use bILDA with a RGY-Laser. I already changed the colour settings (blue and dimmed beams should also be displayed)
If I watch the show as simulation without bILDA the same problem appears. Could you provide some help?

Check your hardware settings. Are all tracks on one hardware?
Otherwise just tracks 1-3 will be displayed
