I'm looking to trigger the files on my SD card using DMX triggers. We're creating a show based on timecode so it's essential that we can progress and play files.

According to the ShowNet Network Interface sales page (March 2016), this is achievable. Can anyone shed some light on how to get this working?

Ideal the DMX channels would allow for
- Laser on/off
- Step back a file

A nice touch would be if the speed the file is played at could be set (slowest being pause), master intensity.

Hi,

please check the manual of the ShowNET, it descriobes the channel settings as well as the requirements for the *.ild file names (chapter 5.3):
www.showeditor.com/en/downloads/summary/...-shownet-manual.html

Besides that, there are additional hints in the FAQ section:

I have the same problem.
The manuals do not detail how to do something that seems simple, but in reality it is not.

If someone has managed to send a dmx command to play the ILDA file contained in the SD card, I would be very grateful to know how it is done.
