Hey, the psu that was supplied with the unit doesnt fit, could i have specs so i can make the correct supply? thanks haimsh

if you face any hardware issues, please directly contact the service team at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
They will be able to either specify details on teh PSU or supply a new one.
It helps if you can attach a picture of the device and the PSU connector, so the colleagues can sort you quickly and easily.
