Hello
please tell me, what are you doing, when the runtime error is displayed ??? Starting software? Loading a Show, clicking a button???
Is there also any other information shown, when the message is displayed (may be the name of a Sub, or something else)
please send a screenshoot of the message, i hope this will help me to find the reason of error.
If the software is not starting... may be, it will help to delete or rename the ini file. You will find it in the folder "C.\programmData\Laserworld Showeditor . . . . ."
if you want to do a new install, may be, it is a good idea, to delete all laserworld Showeditor folders after removing the software, before you perform the new install.
typically
c:\ProgrammData\LaserworldShoweditor
c:\Programm Files (x86)\LaserworldShoweditor
C:\Users\LocalAdmin\Documents
last question:
what was the last action your performed, when the software crashed?
best regards
Erich
