Problem with the mp3 files (Windows and Bootcamp on Mac) was created by Simant
Hello everyone,
When I create a timeline, I put a mp3 file and I have an error message on my desk for every mp3 files. And I don’t found how is the problem. The message tell me : an mp3 file of .avi is damaged. I change the mp3 files and test with Other file. And I don’t know how repare this problem. It’s impossible for me to create timeline on showeditor. What’s the problem ? I put in attachement the message wich is in German.

if you want need more informations abought quartz.dll , please let me know.
What windows version are you using? ....

Thank’s for your reply. I use windows 10 but it’s on a bootcamp on my mac.I test that an I will tell you if it’s the solution of my problem.

Hello....
normaly (on windows pc) i start the programm cmd.exe (in Administrator mode)
on a Windows pc, you will find this file in folder c:\windows\SysWOW64
Right Click on the icon and start in administrator mode...
then i type this
"regsvr32 C:\Windows\SysWOW64\quartz.dll"
the bat file is doing the same job ...

I tested that and It doesn’t function. It’s not because I am on windows 10 and the program is not compatible or onoy for windows 7/8?

I have a message that appears or it is written that the operation was successful when I run quartz.but it still does not work oas when I test on the timeline and I still have the error message.

An other question. It’s possible to use showeditor with an other interface that shownet ? I have an Ishow interface which work with an ip adress. It’s compatible ?

if you use the .bat file, you always will receife the message, that the operation was sucsessfull. if you use the commandline, you only get the message if it realy was sucsessfull.
I am sorry, but i am not familiar with Windows and bootcamp on Mac. As i know, some user are working with it. The Programm (Showeditor) is compatible with window 7,8,10
Showeditor is also working with EasyLase and NetLase, also Lumax USB and LumaxNet ... but it is not working iShow

Thank’s for your reply I have found the solution. I updated my pilots audio on mac and windows and now It’s ok it run with my music on timeline. Ok, I test with my Ishow interface when I will receive this one. And I think it run because it’s a simple interface with an ip adress. If it doesn’t work with my Ishow interface I will buy the shownet interace
