Akai APC 40 Mk2 was created by SaminiX
Hello. I have issues with the mapping of the Akai APC40 mk2.

Does Anyone have a midi-mapping to share with me?
Thanks..

This did not help.

I can not assign the different midi chanels to do what i want.
I can only use one of the chanels (for eg. chanel 1). But every fader is on its own chanel.

Please open the MIDI monitor and assign the channels individually for the effects control.
For the different pattern, use the assignment slider and assign them this way.
The MIDI monitor gives you all the information about Faders and buttons - yopu just need to make sure to set the correct channel MIDI 1 or 2, depending on what gives the value.

The issue i have is that when i change the midi chanel (up left corner in the midi assignment window), every chanel i have assigned gets off.
I can't seem to assign different chanels to different things.

For example:

Every fader gives out
MidiChannel=1 MidiMessage=176 Data1=7 Data2=0
And for every fader, the MidiChanel=X changes.

So I'd like to know how i assign different midichanel inputs to different things, without all the mapping going out on the midichanel i select up in the left corner.
Does that make any sense?

I'll try showing you my problem here instead:

So the issue is that all the faders give out the same midi- and data message, but they all give it on different midi chanels.

And when i change the midi chanel up in the left corner, the assigned information just changes fader, instead of me beeing able to assign new information on different chanels.

Is there any fix to this?
Thanks.
