Well, actually the best option to use TouchDesigner with lasers in this case would be directly connecting to the ShowNET laser mainboard in your lasers through TouchDesigner. You do not need any software in between - just connect your computer to the laser via LAN and TouchDesigenr should detect the laser and you can output to it. In fact, your laser with ShowNET mainboard is compatible to quite some software - for direct output, not only DMX trigger!

Well, yeah, but if you can output from Showeditor to ILDA, you have an external ShowNET interface - which is the same as the internal one. So you can use it with TouchDesigner for direct output If it works with Showeditor, it works with TouchDesigner

The internal ShowNET is exactly the same as the external one - just connect LAN and TouchDesigner will recognise it! You need to use the Laser Device CHOP in either one of the last experimental versions or the latest 2023 release (older versions don't have that Chop with ShowNET). Then select Type -> ShowNET and then, if it was properly discovered, the ShowNET device you want output to.
