yess... you are right, this should be explained.... and I have to admit right away that the tool is not (yet) particularly well programmed.
Usage:
may be, you zoom into the area you want to move some events
Use handtool in timeline editor
select some events
(optional) right mouseclick on this tool to enter a "value of movement with)
place the mousepointer on the Track with the selected events
scroll the mouseweehl (just 1 click) to move the selected events forward or backward.
as i told... i think the toll is not well programmed.... so i found this problems:
Many mousweehl clicks in short time ==> the events are missed!
i think i will fix this ....
