ShowNet wird auf neuem Notebook nicht mehr gefunden

Hallo Team,

habt ihr einen Rat / Info für mich zu einem Problem den LaserworldShowNet zu erkennen?
Ich habe vor einigen Wochen ein komplettes Bundle (PRO-800, Showeditor2015 und ShowNet) gekauft.

Alles installiert und auf meinem „alten“ Notebook (Windows 10 PRO) eingerichtet. Lief nach einigem hin und her auch alles perfekt. Showeditor hat den ShowNet immer sofort gefunden. Verbindung über RJ45 und statische IP kein Problem, zuletzt sogar über WLAN eingerichtet. Alles Wunderbar.

Jetzt habe ich ein neues Notebook (Windows 10 Home) und schaffe es partout nicht das Showeditor den ShowNet findet. Ich habe „alles“ ausprobiert, alle Netzwerk modi, Showeditor Free wieder deinstalliert, Showeditor neu installiert, Netzwerkeinstellungen und Firewall von Windows, ….

Für sich alleine funktioniert alles, RJ45 mit DSL Router, WLAN, ShowNet mit altem Notebook. Nur in Kombination mit dem neuen Notebook kann ich den ShowNet maximal über RJ45 und statische IP pingen. Aber die Showeditor Vollversion Software findet das Teil nicht.

Statische IP ShowNet 192.168.0.61
IP Notebook 192.168.0.100
Ping auf ShowNet funktioniert.
WLAN ist aus

Gibt es irgendetwas das sich der ShowNet von einem anderen Rechner merkt?
Das ich jetzt Windows Home anstatt Pro nutze kann es doch nicht sein?
Tutorials und FAQ Vorschläge habe ich durchgetstet.

Ich weiß sonst keinen Rat mehr. Wäre Euch für einen Tip sehr Dankbar.

Freigaben hatte / habe ich eingerichtet (privat und öffentlich) und bin das Troubleshooting nochmal durchgegangen. (Dort ist die DIP Schalter Einstellung für DHCP / AUTO IP anders angegeben als im „Handbuch“.
Habe auch mal manuell die Übertragungsrate von Auto auf 100 Mbit/s eingestellt. Virenscanner, Defender, Firewall alles aus

Leider immer noch kein Erfolg.

I also have problems connecting the DS-1000RGB Show Net. On one laptop running without problems on the other i can't run it on both of them is installed windows 10 pro. I don't blame it so much on the firewall hardware works well big problem is its own software that can not cope with the interface. Everywhere in this forum I just read what are the problems with this program and interface. Hints to disable a firewall and give a fixed address mostly have no effect.
I do not understand how such a thing can be sold, with such poor software. I am sorry for my English.

Bei mir war letztlich nicht die Showeditor Software schuld, sondern eine alte .dll Datei von einer anderen Software (Lavasoft / LavasoftTcpService.dll). Nachdem ich die deinstalliert hatte lief alles einwandfrei, bis heute. Der Showeditor ist keine schlechte Software. Die Konfiguration des Shownet ist da eher etwas komplexer.

In the end, it wasn't my show editor software that was to blame, but an old .dll file from another software (Lavasoft / LavasoftTcpService.dll). After I uninstalled everything went fine until today. The show editor is not bad software. The configuration of the Shownet is a bit more complex.

I don't have any such file (LavasoftTcpService.dll) in my PC.

Laserworldshoweditor not working, Showcontroller not working, is there any other Soft? Or I threw too much money for a black box.

Connected with Cat 6 Ethernet cable. The laser works in automatic and audio modes.
Dip switch set to OFF to obtain DHCP.
I installed a new laptop with Windows 10. And here goes without a problem. I just can't run ShowControler, but ShowEdit now works.
